Help me reconnect with my father

I need help with finding my Kuwaiti father. This has been very difficult for myself because I have little leads and I decided to pursue finding him sadly after my mother's passing. I can only Imagine what it was like for them to meet in college, have a romantic relationship that created me and then frantically give everything up when Saddam Hussein invades your country. He received news from his family in Kuwait telling him to come home. He immediately was in the air and ready to protect his family. My mother then drove out of the city and settled up north with my grandma never once talked about my Father. A family friend Robyn ,also my dad's friend says that my dad contacted her while in Kuwait and told her he was fleeing to Bahrain. I just found that out not too long ago. But yeah as a 30 year old man, half Filipino American and other half Kuwaiti I don't know anything about my Kuwaiti side, all I have is my birth certificate and some old memories that aren't mine. I have sought out legal assistance with aiding my pursuit of finding my Father with Kuwaiti Lawyers. While it was great to hear that the law firm sees a lot of cases like mine and reconnect the families. Such legal actions need my power of attorney to authorize a interior ministry search and there also a few for the search which they would like in one large sum. It's not to pricey (500 Kuwaiti dinars) plus another (75d) but trying to save up a few thousand has been tortuous. I need help and I don't know where else to go.
