Hi, I just have a question regarding the visit visa to convert to Family visa. My son and daughter are here with me in Kuwait under the visit visa. When I applied for the visa before, my mandoub told me to apply for a visit visa then I can change it to family visa when the kids are here because it is easier and faster that way which I considered. They have been with me for almost 2 months now and I am about to process the change of visit to family visa but when I went to the Immigration in Kuwait with all the documents my kids have, they told me to have the kids files stamp in Kuwait Embassy in Manila, Philippines. Question is how do I send the papers to Kuwait Embassy in Manila when my wife and the kids are here in Kuwait, is there an accredited courier of Kuwait Embassy in Manila here in Kuwait? How much are the charges for the stamping and the courier fee? What are the document needed? Any information will be helpful. Thanks.
