My wife went to India and couldn't come back. The visa got expired and I applied for a new visa and I got yellow slip last week. When we go for stamping back in India they said the iqama is still valid in the system and need to be cancelled and get a letter fro Jawazat for new visa stamping. Anyone please help me with the procedure for obtaining such letter/certificate.

You can get it from jewazat. You have to surrender old iqama to them.
