Advise needed from lovable people: Is 200or per month in starting ok for a job?

Hi,
I just got a job offer to work in oman as managerial post. now the company will provide me driving lisence,car for transport,accomodation,foods. I do not have pay for these things. But my salary will be 200or per month in starting.
Should I confirm with these salary.
I would be great if you have me your advise.
