Questions about working with D4 visa

โพสต์ใน ห้องสนทนา เกาหลีใต้

Hi, everyone, I got some questions.
As I searched till now, with D4visa if you wanna work part time or full time you need to apply for 'Permit for participating in activities not outlined by the current status of stay' (link http://www.hikorea.go.kr/pt/InfoDetailR ... MenuId=376 )

But let me explain my situation first.
My plan is I'm going to stay Korea with D4, studying Korean and also working for a company in my country via internet.
So my payment will be wired to an account in my country and pay tax in my country as well.

So.. it's not like working in a cafe, hagwon or giving private lessons in Korea and get paid.
So nobody will know that I work except my collegues in my country.
In that case is it really necessary to apply for 'Permit for participating in activities not outlined by the current status of stay'? Is it illegal??
That's my question 1 and question 2 is that :

Anyone here with D4 visa have worked in Korea? in a cafe, restaurant, giving private lessons or modelling..
And have you applied for the 'Permit for participating in activities not outlined by the current status of stay'?
Or is it normal you just work without the permit and get paid cash and keep it secret~
And if you apply for it, 100/100 they give you permit? or there is a big possibility to be rejected?
