Lost birth certificate

Hello all,

I lost my kuweiti birth certificate and am currently residing in the UAE. Can anybody advice me how to apply for a duplicate birth certificate? Do I need to go to the ministery of health in kuweit?

Please any advice is welcome

  Hi keith, i want my birth certificate as i was born in kuwait. I have old civil id and baptism certificate as proof. I need assistance in getting my birth certificate.

  try visiting or calling the embassy of Kuwaiti in UAE, they should give you the right procedure to complete the request
